Situated at the corner of Edmonton TR NE and 19 AV NE, Trail19 is proposed as a mixed-use multi-residential development with commercial-retail and live-work units at grade. The proposed six-storey building has been designed to respond to the Main Street corridor context along Edmonton TR NE, while also considering a transition to the lower-scale residential homes to the south and west of the property.
On April 6, 2020, City of Calgary Council approved the Trail19 Land Use Application to support our proposed development vision. A development permit application for Trail19 is currently being reviewed by City of Calgary Administration.
